Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Some remote areas may have limited delivery options or extended delivery times.
Delivery Timeframes

Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: On orders above ₹499
- Standard Shipping: ₹49 for orders below ₹499
- Express Shipping: Additional charges may apply
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding holidays)
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details
- Orders placed after 5 PM may be processed the next business day
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- SMS notification with tracking number
- Email with tracking link
- Real-time updates on your order status
Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts
- If you miss a delivery, the courier will contact you to reschedule
- Undelivered packages will be returned to us after 3 attempts

- Delivery times may vary during sale periods and festivals
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the package
- Verify the package condition before accepting delivery
- Report any damage immediately to our customer support
