Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product significantly differs from the description
  • You request a return within 7 days of delivery

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Perishable items
  • Digital products after download
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back or arrange for pickup

Refund Timeline

  • Inspection: 2-3 business days after receiving the returned item
  • Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Bank Credit: 5-10 business days depending on your bank

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Credited back to the card
  • UPI/Net Banking: Credited to the source account
  • Wallet: Credited to your wallet balance
  • COD: Bank transfer or store credit

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is free for defective or wrong items
  • For change-of-mind returns, shipping costs may apply
