Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product significantly differs from the description
- You request a return within 7 days of delivery
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Personalized or customized products
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Perishable items
- Digital products after download
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
Return Process
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back or arrange for pickup
Refund Timeline
- Inspection: 2-3 business days after receiving the returned item
- Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after approval
- Bank Credit: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Credited back to the card
- UPI/Net Banking: Credited to the source account
- Wallet: Credited to your wallet balance
- COD: Bank transfer or store credit
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is free for defective or wrong items
- For change-of-mind returns, shipping costs may apply
